The TOGO food waste composter is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly solution designed for medium to large-scale food waste processing. It is ideal for hotels, restaurants, corporate canteens, schools, and municipal waste management facilities. Through a controlled aerobic fermentation process, the machine efficiently and quickly transforms organic waste (such as vegetable peels, leftovers, meat scraps, and food scraps) into nutrient-rich organic compost. Equipped with a state-of-the-art temperature, humidity, and ventilation control system, it significantly accelerates the decomposition process, ensuring high efficiency and consistent results.

1. Processing process The kitchen waste is crushed and put into the fermentation bin. It is quickly decomposed under the action of high-temperature composite bacteria (65℃~75℃) and intermittent stirring. The macromolecular organic matter is converted into harmless substances such as CO₂ and H₂O. The waste gas is purified by the deodorization system and discharged. There is no secondary pollution in the whole process. The reduction rate reaches 85%-90% within 24 hours, and the final output is about 10% of organic fertilizer substrate.

2. Product value The organic fertilizer is rich in beneficial bacteria such as Bacillus and organic matter, which can be directly used to improve soil and improve fertilizer efficiency. It has the dual benefits of increasing production and improving quality and reducing agricultural emissions, realizing the resource utilization of garbage.

The lead time is usually 30 days, if in stock we can ship within 1 week.

Our usual payment terms are 30% deposit and the balance before shipment based on the video and photos of the machine. Letter of Credit (L/C) is also acceptable. Trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc. are also applicable.

We are a factory with 100% pre-delivery video inspection to ensure quality. 

1) Our warranty period is one year, and we provide lifetime technical service. 2) We provide free factory operation and maintenance training, and bear all accommodation expenses. 3) We will provide some vulnerable parts of the equipment to ensure normal operation. 4) If any quality problems occur during the warranty period, such as design, manufacturing, function or process problems, TOGO will provide full tracking service until the equipment failure is resolved. 5) If any other quality problems occur during the warranty period, TOGO will provide online video service within 24 hours after receiving the buyer's notice. 6) If any major quality problems occur outside the warranty period, TOGO will also provide online video service within 48 hours after receiving the buyer's notice.
