Processing Process: Kitchen waste is crushed and fed into the fermentation bin where it undergoes rapid decomposition under high-temperature composite bacteria (65℃~75℃) with intermittent stirring. Macromolecular organic matter converts into harmless substances like CO₂ and H₂O. Waste gas is purified through the deodorization system, ensuring no secondary pollution. The system achieves 85%-90% reduction rate within 24 hours, producing approximately 10% organic fertilizer substrate as final output.
