Product Description
TG-CC-200 food waste management equipment for composting 24 hours can convert organic waste into high-quality fertilizer within 24 hours. The equipment provides suitable temperature and humidity for the biological bacteria in the fermentation chamber through the heating system and the hot air system. The mixing system inside the fermentation chamber speeds up the composting efficiency.
This small resource-based (dining, kitchen, fruit and vegetable) waste treatment integrated equipment adopts unique stainless steel +Q235 baking varnish, beautiful appearance, compact structure, small footprint and long service life. The equipment consists of a lifting system, a sorting platform, and a fermentation system. , Ventilation and exhaust gas treatment system. The equipment adopts SIEMENS touch screen interface operation mode, PLC control, and automatic operation, no manual duty is required, and the real-time temperature of the fermentation chamber can be displayed on the touch screen.
