Recently, the TOGO TG-CC-3000 organic waste treatment equipment arrived safely in Pemba, a coastal city in northern Mozambique, where on-site assembly and installation have been successfully completed. The equipment is now set to enter the commissioning and trial operation phase. This marks the latest addition to TOGO's growing portfolio of projects across Africa, and yet another testament to the company's continued commitment to environmental infrastructure development on the continent.
From North Africa to Southern Africa, from municipal organic waste treatment to agricultural residue utilization, TOGO equipment has been deployed and operating reliably in numerous countries across the continent. With mature and stable technology and strong adaptability to diverse working conditions, TOGO systems have withstood the test of varying climates and operational environments, earning broad recognition and lasting trust from local clients.
The Pemba project represents a continuation of TOGO's strategic expansion in Africa, further enriching the company's project footprint in the Northern Mozambique region.
The TG-CC-3000 is a well-established model in TOGO's product line, with a daily processing capacity of 3,000 kilograms. Employing high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology and equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system, the unit achieves an 85%–90% volume reduction of organic waste within 24 hours, ultimately producing a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer base containing beneficial microbial communities.
The equipment's reliability and adaptability have been validated through multiple installations across Africa. Given the continent's abundant agricultural resources and diverse organic waste streams, the TG-CC-3000 provides an efficient solution for on-site waste reduction and resource recovery, directly addressing local environmental needs.
With the main installation now complete, the project team is proceeding with the scheduled commissioning and trial operation phases.
Once fully operational, the Pemba facility will serve as another benchmark project for TOGO in Northern Mozambique, offering a replicable technical model and operational framework for organic waste management in neighboring regions.
TOGO remains committed to delivering reliable, proven technology in support of Africa's environmental sustainability goals – ensuring that more communities benefit from TOGO's solutions.
