Product Description:
Oil water separator can efficiently aid in the removal of gasoline, diesel fuel, crude, vegetable, and almost any type of oil that is lighter than water. The effluent from oil water separator is typically discharged to either a sanitary sewer system or a storm sewer. Properly designed, installed, and operated, oily water separators provide a treatment system for handling oily wastewater that prevents the entry of unacceptable levels of contamination to a storm sewer or sanitary sewer system.
The catering wastewater is pretreated at the first level through the basket grid or sundry separator of the oil separation and lifting equipment, which is used to remove large particle sundries such as bones, shells, and vegetable leaves; Fine dregs such as rice grains and minced meat are deposited in the conical bucket for secondary treatment.

Working Process:
First kitchen drainage device in the inlet into the solid-liquid separation unit, the solid particles in the wastewater is orifice plate grid block, the residue internal flusher go into the conveying groove, prevent residue to block grille, conveyer through rotary extrusion residue, water will remove most of the residue, the collected set of slag ladle, tiny dust, collected at the bottom of the solid-liquid separation unit on a regular basis to open the valve into the sludge concentration unit, after solid-liquid separation of wastewater flows into the efficient oil separation unit, the casing of the guide plate to reduce the flow velocity, the built-in micro aeration device, accelerate the separation efficiency of oil, the separation of oil collected in collection warehouse, grease thickness can be observed through the observation mirror, constant temperature heating device and stirring device, which can effectively prevent grease solidification and facilitate grease discharge. The treated oil-free wastewater flows into the sewage lifting unit. When the water level reaches the starting pump level controlled by the liquid level, the pump will automatically operate and discharge the treated wastewater to the sewage pipe network equipment. The whole system has an independent intelligent control unit, which is coordinated and controlled by a temperature sensor, water flow sensor, and liquid level sensor.
